The nonavailability of fossil fuels and the shortcomings nonconventional energy sources taking place in environment lead research development towards alternative clean such as renewable sources. Renewable or resources are being used to meet ever-increasing demand. photo voltaic (PV) is right choice for small voltage DC distribution systems, due their advantages. But this source can produce low output power at utility grid. Hence, step up input high value a range high-voltage applications, DC-DC converters integrated microgrids by means PV system. present work elaborates modified SEPIC converter (MSC) designed based on traditional with boost-up module. In comparison conventional converter, proposed MSC produces gain continuous current microgrids. Furthermore, operated only one controlled switch. design improves efficiency, voltage, This entire completed PSIM, finally, numerical simulation results prove possibility PV-powered microgrids, also dynamic response microgrid loads enhances regulated loads.
